We warmly welcome new children and their families to the school community. Pupils are admitted to school in accordance with the VSGS admissions policy. Registration opens for all the classes from 1st January. Registration form (Prospectus) can be collected from the school office on any working day between 9:00am to 2:00pm. A child is eligible for Nursery, Pre-Primary and Pre-School if he/she attained age of 3years/4years/5years respectively.

The following documents are required at the time of admission:

• Recent Passport size coloured photograph.
• Document for Residence Proof.
• Aadhar card of pupil.
• Attachment.

a. Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth certificate, original tc submitted for verification only.

b. Progress Report Card of the last examination passed.

Before your child is due to start at the school we encourage you to visit us and take a preliminary look at the school. There is also an opportunity to attend a meeting about your child starting school, and to meet the class teacher one to one. For pupils who wish to join the school at other school at other times, please contact the school directly about in Year Casual Admissions. In the case of there being no vacancies in a year group, the school will hold a waiting list.
