School Transport Rules

• All application regarding availing of the facility of the school vehicle or discontinuing it or the vehicle stop is to be submitted at the school reception.
• The service is not mandatory but only an extra facility provided to the school students.
• Routes of the school vehicle are drawn up carefully after giving due consideration to the convenience of the parents. However, the decision of the school authorities on routing, timing, pick-up points, etc. the vehicle will be final.
• Preferences will be given to student of lower classes and those come from outside of the town area.
• Bus will run on the prescribed route only. Parents are requested to see the route map before taking the admission.
• Conveyance facility shall not be granted for one way or less than a session.
• All students using school vehicle are expected to be on the right side of the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival time of the vehicle.
• All students must be seated immediately after boarding their vehicle.
• Students are not allowed to eat in the vehicle.
• The children will be only handed over to the designated person at the vehicle stop.
• In case of a change of residence address, no child will be allowed to change the vehicle route without prior permission of school authorities.
• Students are expected to obey the caretaker and vehicle monitors appointed by the school, indiscipline in the will not be tolerated and may lead to debarring the students from traveling in the vehicle or even discontinuation of the vehicle service for him/her.
• Parents are requested not to travel in the school vehicles while coming to the school.

Withdrawal From Transport Facility

• The facility of school vehicle will not be provided for less than one session. Transport facility cannot be terminated in the middle of the session or in any month.
