Fee Rules

• Fees must be paid by 15th of each due month. If 15th day falls on a holiday, the next working day will be the last day for the collection of the fee .
• If fee is not deposited within the stipulated time, a fine of Rs. 10 per day, including holidays, will be imposed for late payment each day till the last day of the month. After which the name of the student will be stuck off and 200.00 will be charged as readmission fee.
• The Tuition fee is charged for each month of the year (April to March).
• All fee should be paid at the account counter of the school on working days only. The school will not be responsible, if it is given to driver or any other staff member.
• Cheque or Draft should be in favor of VIJAY SHREE GYANSTHALI.
• No out station cheque will be accepted.
• Transport fee will be taken as part from the order fee and will be taken for 11.5 months.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded at any cost.
• No deduction will be made for vacation and broken periods.
• Pupils shall not be allowed to sit for examinations unless all fee dues are paid to Teacher's Sign.
• Student seeking admission during mid-session will have to pay admission fee, tuition fee from the month of April onwards and Transport fee from the current month onwards.
